Who we are
Araavi is operated by Digital Dreams Limited. This statement covers the information you give us when you register interest in the Araavi pilot on this website. It is written with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 in mind.
What we collect
Your name and email address, and — if you choose to share them — your firm name, role, team size, how you manage cases today, what you find most time-consuming, and whether you'd like a demo call.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the Araavi pilot, arrange a demo if you asked for one, and understand what advisers need so we can decide what to build. We won't add you to a marketing list or sell or share your details with anyone for their own use.
Where it's stored
Submissions are sent to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and may be kept in a private spreadsheet. These providers may store information outside New Zealand; we only use providers with appropriate security safeguards.
How long we keep it
Until the pilot ends, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@araavi.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
